Sessions are once a week for 11 months

Sessions are mandatory

There are no make up sessions

Sessions are 1 hour in duration

In addition to group sessions, we will be meeting twice, one-on-one. First meeting is an intake. Second meeting will be a mid- way assessment

You will be CURED

A deposit of $100 is required for registration to reserve your spot

​

This $100 deposit will be applied to your first month's copayment or cash payment balance

​

If you have registered and after, you discover that your insurance is not an accepted provider, the $100 will be applied to your monthly cash payments or the $100 deposit will be refunded if you do not wish to continue enrollment for the CURE nor wish to pay cash.
